On June 21st and June 22nd my family, along with Sure
Flow’s Controller, George King and his wife, Joyce King, attended
the 6th Annual Good as Gold Open 2008 Golf Tournament Fundraiser
for our National Women’s Hockey Team. I had the most tremendous
honour of playing golf with Johnny Bower and spending time and
enjoying some great laughs with Walter Gretzky. Walter is a great
dancer, by the way. It was a successful event which raised funds to
help our Canadian National Women’s Hockey Team in their pursuit of
Gold at the 2010 Olympics. The ladies partied with Tyler Stewart
(Barenaked Ladies), Tom Cochrane, The Good Brothers and our great
Canadian legend, Michael Burgess. But for these young women it’s
now back to a life of hard work, dedication and sacrifice “to be
