Pneumatic Actuator on Knife Gate Valve
The standard pneumatic actuator (double acting on-off cylinder) consists of:
- Aluminum jacket and covers
- Stainless steel (AISI 304) piston rod
- Nitrile coated steel piston
Available from 2” to 40”
Supply Pressure: minimum 50 psi – maximum 142 psi
For valves installed in a horizontal position, we recommend U-type support plates and/or actuator support.
Options:
- Hard anodized jacket and covers
- Over / Undersized cylinder
