Sure Flow recently shipped two Basket Strainers – size
42″ by 64″ Body, Multi-Inlet/Outlet Basket Strainers to a
petrochemical facility in Cardon Venezuela. These custom designed
strainers conform to ASME Section VIII, Division 1, “U” Code Stamp.
They are rubber lined and special epoxy paint coated as applicable
for seawater. Each unit stands over 16 feet tall, making them among
the largest basket strainers we have fabricated. We rented water
tankers to fill and test the units and each strainer held
approximately 1,975 gallons of water! Our Engineering Team, headed
by Justin LeBlanc, designed the cover “from scratch”. This
successful project was the culmination of concerted efforts by Sure
Flow Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control and support
